PARKING

We offer on-site parking directly at the museum. During peak periods, weekends, and holidays, please allow extra time. If our lot is full, additional street and nearby public parking areas are available.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Our team follows regular security protocols, and CCTV coverage helps ensure guest safety and artwork protection. We kindly ask that guests refrain from running, climbing, or touching the artwork, even when the artwork forms part of the surrounding space. In an emergency, please follow illuminated exit signs and staff guidance. If you need help, speak with any team member .

HOUSE RULES

Is photography allowed?
Yes. Still photography for personal use is welcome unless signage indicates otherwise. Any professional shoots or video lighting require consent and written approval by Moon Art Grounds.

What about food and drinks?
Hospitality is part of our experience, you’ll be welcomed with a small beverage as part of your visit. We kindly ask that you keep outside food or drinks to a minimum whenever possible.

Re-entry policy
Feel free to come and go as you please within the same day.

What about children, strollers, and pets?
Children of all ages are welcome. Guests under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Standard strollers are permitted and may be stored when not in use. Animals are not allowed inside.

ACCESSIBILTIY

Moon Art Grounds is fully accessible, with elevators, ramps, and rest areas throughout the museum. Maps and wayfinding signage are provided at the entrance and online. Restrooms are located near the main gallery and café.
